CEREMONY

Please arrive at 4.30pm, we will make sure you have something cold to drink before you sit, and the ceremony will start at 5pm.

DINNER

The ceremony will be followed by a traditional Italian Aperitivo. 
Dinner will be served at 8pm.
In the RSVP section here, you will see options to let us know about any intolerances, preferences of allergies.

Siena is 30 minutes away by car
The Palio di Siena will take place on July 2nd, so unless you want to see it, we would advise you do not book a hotel there as prices will be higher than normal.
Florence is 1hour and 15 minutes away.
Montalcino is 1 hour away.
We are arranging a shuttle from Castel Monastero Hotel for those of you staying there with us. 
If you need drivers, below is a list of local taxi and private chauffeurs 
 
Remember it will be hot on July 4th, stay hydrated, wear sunscreen, and let us know if you need anything at all!
 
If you need help with nannies or other, please let us know. We kindly ask that young children not attend the party after dinner please.
